S.T.A.R.S. Holiday Event
Mentors and mentees joined one another on Saturday, December 10th for a field trip to the Pageant of Peace on the Ellipse in Washington, D.C.  The event was a great success and was enjoyed by all who attended.

PURPOSE
The purpose of the S.T.A.R.S. program is to empower middle school students through positive relationships while promoting excellence. Program activities include group discussions, empowerment workshops, crafts, fun events, guest speakers, in addition to one-to-one mentoring relationships.
